Default VooDoo Exhaust

HI all,

It's Been a while since my last post here.. I've been riding my zx6 mostly. I have made many changes to my ZX14. One big change is the Voodoo exhaust. The bike is still in the shop, but when I get it back I'll be running these new pipes. These are almost equal to straight pipes. The guys at the shop say that no power commander is needed. Is there anything I shoule look out for?

I'll be curious to see your results. I just posted a ? re: slip-ons and tuning. I thought it was a must. Don't want backfiring, tach spiking, etc.

I refuse to beleive that you can run pipes with no back pressure and not need a remap. You better check into that a whole lot better. If your 14 goes lean because those dummies at the shop are telling you no remap, you are going to burn holes in the top of your pistons.
Please check with sombeody else but I can pretty well guarantee you that they are wrong! Get a PC3 and a good map based on the pipes you are running and do it quick.
