FINALLY!!! the parts are starting to come in. I got my E41 cases yesterday.

The mounting kit, wingrack, and top case should be delivered today or tomorrow according to UPS tracking. Man this is going to be awesome. The E41 side cases are much larger then I imagined.

Where did you order the mounting kits? I am trying to do the same with my 97 zx-11 but having a hard time finding one in stock

Sweet!! Can't wait to see it done

yorgomiami 07-16-2009 09:36 PM

done!!! 2 hours to install. A little drilling required but not a big deal. It's all much larger then I thought and now I'm having a hard time fitting the loaded ZX11 into my garage

wow, and you are expecting to ride two up with all that luggage? Those bags are nice, but time to adjust the suspension a bit now to compensate.

yorgomiami 07-17-2009 01:46 AM

Exactly how do I adjust the rear shock? I haven't even looked into that yet. Been needing to tighten it up a bit anyway so this is a good time to figure it out. No plans on 2up touring. My wife only likes to ride for 10 minutes every 6 months. I mostly need all that storage space for all the **** I like to take with me every day.

hmmm now I can fit my rain jacket, pants, boots, extra slacks, underwear, shirt, and socks. The other bag can hold all my networking tools and apps. The top case will hold my helmet and lunch.
