Just found out that there is a recall on the new 06 10R, the bolt for the steering dampener.

The dealership I called on getting the recall had no clue on what was happening.

Why is damper loose, moves up an down?? Think it's normal. Not sure I'm impressed with quality of damper.

The recall is torque on the bolts. Most stealerships that know about it, check before selling it to you. Maybe? It's loose so it doen't bind. It's cheap. And yes Ohlins did buy Scotts. U wanna a better damper go with GPR. OK, I need another hit now.
