I am calling BS, a hotter plug, smells like crap service work to me. What about being low on coolant? WTF. Raise hell with them and if they do not help you call Kaw and complain. Fan should be on at about 185 degress I believe.
PM me if you want the # to product quality at Kawasaki and the right guy to talk too.

they did steering stem check, greased the axles ,checked brakes, changed oil, clean or replace air filter wich i had them replace, plugs, throttle body sync, cables lubed and adjusted. that's just what i can remeber off the top of my head. it cost 300 $ the most important thing is the throttle body sync.

That's why they are called the stealership. The only thing they fingered out was your credit card number. They pushed hard when I bought my bike, had me bent over in aisle, tryin to get me to buy the maint plan. It's all a bunch of crap and the warranty doesn't cover anything. Every read the terms and conditions for warranties on a sportbike? It's a toy, ride it hard then trade it in couple years later. If it's a keeper then you will have to shell out a couple bucks.

I bought the motion pro high end mercury synchronizer for $85, and don't regret a penny of it. The stealership charges WAY TOO MUCH for what they do. They told me the regular bike service would cost close to $400 bucks, and that it would be stupid not to purchase their "service plan." I knew better, so I turned it down.

It just pays to gain knowledge, and learn about your own bike. I work too hard for my cash, just to give it away when I could do it myself.
