Good PR for moto911.com
Doesn't matter what you ride, or who you buy from, but good customer service always gets return business. Just wanted to share my experience with MOTO911.com with the rest of you.
I purchased a set of frame sliders from these fellows about 2 months ago, 2 weeks ago I had them stolen. I called up MOTO911.com and talked to Paul. Told him my situation and asked for a price on a new set of pucks and the screws to secure them with (they even stole the retaining screws!!). Paul said (much to my suprise) "that sucks man, give me your mailing address and I'll GIVE you a new pair." COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!! a company that cares!! They have a customer for life! Check them out if you get a chance. My best to all you fellow kawi fans, ride safe, rubber side down.
