Gas gauge
Hello, I am new to the forum. I just bought a 06 zx10r and have a question about the fuel gauge. I thought I read in the owner's manual that the low fuel light comes on when there is about 4 gallons of fuel left. That is way to soon, this there away to bypass that or clear it so the light goes out and the gaugewill stop flashing. Thanks.

I think that I posted my mileage from last year. 144 miles before I chickened out and got fuel. Light was on for about 10 miles during that time. And I think, that I put in 4.2 gallons.

I have a 07 ZX10R and my manual says the same thing. I thought I might have misread it as well, but it says around 4 gallons. I assume this is a typo from Kawi due from translations from japanese??
