whats the biggest difference between a 2004 ninja 636 and 1000?? how can you tell with out stickers?

 

about 60 hp and 45 lbs. Give or take a little!

636 has a undertail exhaust 10r has a side mount exhaust. the plastics are a little differnt more so on the bottom towards the back by the rear tire, the 636 extends a little more than the 10r the 636 has a smaller rear tire and I think a few different things about the headlights, like the 636 looks like a two piece and the 10r a single unit.
