Hey all, I bought an '08 zx10 new the other day and the factory Ohlin's damper is loose, it jiggles. The shop I bought from said that is how it's supposed to be but my buddies '07 zx10 has the same ohlin's damper and his doesn't jiggle. Any idea whats go'n on? Thanx

Jiggle? As in the bolts holding the ends of the damper? The bolts were not torqued properly. That would be bad, ie why the 06 recall.

 

and since 90% of riders out there think that the damper is a key component, I am not giving mine away. And since I may sell this second gen ride later, do not give up your stock rear shock either. SV riders will love you if you are giving up your stock shock.
