so i decided against peoples strong opinions to get the 500, and i got the 650 because in the end i'll feel more comfortable with it
i had no experience riding (other than a few minutes learning the clutch on my cousins honda CBR) but its really user friendly (imo).
only got it to 2nd gear, riding around my house.. practicing before i take it on the road. did about 25 in 2nd at around 3.5k rpm. I've stalled it a few times, forgetting to pull in the clutch when i come to a stop >.>;
Cant wait to get this baby on the road!
