Soooo YOU thought you had a bad day???
Three days ago I awoke to hypertensive anticipation as the sun just began to creep above the tree line, it was 6:00. My preparations were set and I began to embark on what I was sure to be my secound semi-successful valve adjustment and general tune-up. My intuition and general sensations told me an almost certain victory over the tricky antagonist... the dreaded valve adjustment. I set to work hard and fast ,knowing full well the coming heat in the cauldren of humidity and despair that is southern florida. Soon on, despite my safe guards, the repair became a successive land slide of disasters...No Joke.
1. My last adjustment went relatively well but left in its wake: two stripped water pipe screws... a relativelly common dilemma.
2. Foreseeing the problem that forth came from thetransfixed water pipes I bought an extracting screw bit kit and a very cheap ....lit me reiterate VERY CHEAP!!! black and decker 18v drill. skiping the details I broke the drill destroyed what was left of the screw along with the coolant hoses, ohh umm by the way I am a mediocre mechanic in all modesty.
I was able to escavate the remains of my head cover along with the water pipes with herculean effort and I nonchalantly took them to a machinist to get the "Job Dun Rite". sorry you guys but despite a series of blood transfusions and aggresive mouth to mouth cpr the drill died ,but with honor that can only be manufactured in the U.S. of china.
3. ignoring the dark omens and mauled hoses I pressed on and finished to the best of my ability until I reached the point of refitting the head cover. While fastening the head cover bolts the ground opened from under me and I fell right into hell. During the tighting process some how ,oh my god some how ,I broke two of the bolts into thier respective recievers. I blame myself ,not really its gods fault seriously....
4. And the crowning thorn in my a** was in the very bowles of my despair my helmet fell by act of I am only sure was the work of satan himself, onto the ground breaking all the the gyrating mechanisms.....f**** **** **** ****** **$400
Let ya know how it ends....will it end?
