All of the sidi's that I have seen have a heel. Prolly my onlycomplaint about them. But this is my first boot that has a heel so I am new to it.

ORIGINAL: calamarichris

Sidis are great but they Co$t. I've crash-tested two pair, both times hard enough to require hospital visits and ruin helmets. Of the seven broken bones, none were feet, ankle or leg, despite my Sidis being scuffed to hell (one pair badly enough to throw away.)
That Italian leather is tough to beat for comfort--not the most comfortable for walking around in, but very comfortable for all day riding. I liked their boots so well that I got a pair of Sidi cycling shoes too:

Peace!

I'm by no means a cyclist, but those shoes are neat looking!

got all my gear now it isnt the greatest but i believe it will work for now i ended up alterin a few pieces due to availability in local shops

joe rocket ballistic jacket w/ inside liner for warmth
joe rocket alter ego pants w/ rain liner
vision setup boots (looked nice and were on sale)
tourmaster master accelerator gloves
nolan ncom helmet

i have noticed alot more that everyone around here (except the HD(harley) guys) just wears shorts and t shirts...i get alot of weird looks from them oddly enought the HD guys seem to wave at me more since the gear...kinda makes ya wonder....
