Hey guys, I haven't been posting on here in a while -- because I sold my 500R. I made the switch to a brand new 07' Vulcan 900 Custom. I miss the 500 but definitely loving the 900 Custom cruiser. My intention of posting though was that so some of you can get an idea of what resale might be. A good place to check is kbb.com and nadaguides.com -- anyway I'm in Michigan and I had a 2005 500R with 6,000 miles on it and sold it for $3,600. I Bought it last july (7/06) and paid $4,000 with 200 miles on it. Pretty good resale for 5800 miles and a year of proud ownership. -=) These bikes are great, congrats to all the newbies who own em... just keep the rubber side down.

Side note: if anyone is or knows a forum moderator, I've been asking for a week or so to make a Vulcan 900 subforums in the Vulcan/Cruiser section. If you could relay the message I would appreciate it.
