Default Raise rear part 2

OK i would like to raise the rear and i have read all the threads and im confused. I understand its the dog bones but do you buy the whole assembly or just the adjuster plates. I read both types or something i dunno im lost.

You might as well try the easiest/cheapest fix first.
If you only want to raise the rear a little bit, why not tighten the preload on the spring first?
It would be silly to buy dogbones, adjuster plates or other aftermarket bling if simply tightening the preload spring (which you already own) will do the job.
