well, after looking at a list online what oil filter fits the 500; went to the autozone and found that most of them does not exist (probably different area) I did find one or two brands on the list.

When next oil change came, the brand I bought were out of stock, but forgot what the other one was! so looked at the "oil/filter book" and did a crossmatch and found that a Honda Insight uses the same oil filter as our 500. So there ya go, everytime my regular brand is out, I ask the person at the counter, 'Which "brand xyz" fits a 2006 Honda Insight?'.


P.S. yes, I know.. what a clever title.

 

Yeap its awsome. Dealer by my house wanted 18.99 for my filter. Then i found out a 06 insight was the same. Tehc discount. 1.02 Oooo Yea!
