I started doing some body work on the 500 this weekend and I found that there were 2 other paint jobs under the current grey primed metallic charcoal.

metallic purple
metallic green
grey primer
metallic charcoal

whata PITA.


I've gotten to plastic in a few places, purple in most places. Do you guys think I need to get down to plastic everywhere or will purple suffice? I'm going to do some fiberglass patching then some body filler to even it all out, then a few coats of hi build primer (most will be sanded off though)
