Looks like all three of them are 44Nm (33 ft-lbs).
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Peace!

oohh.. I did the front and back at 40., and the one on top.. less than 40.

Before tightening them tho, I had a lot of vibrations which was related to engine rpm (higher = more vibration) and my hands and feet were always tingly after a ride.

After tightening went for a 30mi test ride and noticed smoother shifting (unexpected result) and tingly extremities no more. Although I think the it could vibrate less. I dunno, sometimes I think I cant tell what it felt like brand new or if its just my mind still thinking something is wrong even though there isnt.[]

Also I cleaned the Air Filter, soaked it with 10-40 and tried to wipe off excess.. saw some oil dripping afterwards on my chain.. so I'm thinking thats what made my shifting feel better?

A well-lubed chain will indeed help the bike shift more smoothly, but you soaked your air filter in 10-40?!
That's a lot of oil (and a little on the thin side) for an air filter element.
I usually use the K&N filter oil and it's quite a bit thicker and stickier than regular motoroil. Two shot-glasses worth is usually enough to coat the filter.

This is my ZX9R filter element, BTW.
Good luck and let us know how she holds up.
Peace!
