I was wondering if there is a different aftermarket cluster i can get for my 500... i saw the new 08 250R and it made me sick when i saw night shots of the cluster. If not a new aftermarket cluster that woudl be more appealign to the eye but any lighter colored overlays?

If you like it that much, it will almost certainly be what the 2009 500R will look like.
I wouldn't count on compatibility with your current 500 though. Our 500's speedo/odo is fed by the front wheel which is becoming increasingly rare. Heck, even Harleys are taking the sensors back to the drive shaft.
