It's so hot nuns are swearing openly in the [$%&#] street.
Farmers are feeding their chickens crushed ice to keep them from laying hard-boiled eggs.
It's so hot you work up a sweat just toweling off after a shower.
It's so hot, hell's occupants are on their best behavior to avoid being sent here.

Meh... I talk big, but we're pretty spoiled in Carlsbad. It's 77 degrees here right now. It seldom gets over 90 in the summer, nor below 50 at nights in the winter. (We're spoiled.)

Assuming you're not being completely facetious (pause while we wait for Bush-voters to pull out their dictionaries to learn "Oh, he wasn't calling us'n a facist after all...") I am secretly enjoying this hot weather because all the mouth-breathing AM-radio ditto-heads are mysteriously quiet in their previously deafening criticism of "An Inconvenient Truth" while we were (ARE!) waging a war and killing thousands of innocent civilians (and young Americans fresh out of highschool) for a lie that their president said was necessary.
Ah well, cat's out of the bag now... I spent more than 7 years in duh-army and I know when to duck...

lol, nice that you are passionate. Ease up some. I too played the game, cannot say that I am totally satisfied either. But that is for another topic!

haha ! WOW! Somebody drank the cool-aid!

Temps in columbus, OH are HOT - High 80's/low 90's and lots of humidity. As far as global warming - yea right. I agree the planet is heating up, but not because we're riding bikes and driving SUV's. Check out the solar activtity of our sun - oh and that 1922 article saying that glaciers were melting and that we're all doomed. Oh, and so much for the hurricane forecasts the last 2 years - supposed to be worse than ever. Face it - scientists cannot predict the impact of global warming, nor understand why it is happening. This planet has been around a long time and always gone through warming and cooling cycles, we can't destroy the work of millions of years in 150 years no matter how hard we try. This planet, and our solar system were designed to support us, and no amount of burnt fossil fuels is going to change that.

Somebody indeed drank the coolaid. Tell me general: what future operations do you have in mind?
Bin Laden brought down the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, and we're bringing ourselves down in Iraq. This clusterf%$#k more closely resembles Vietnam (or the Soviet's Afghan adventure) than it does Iwo-Jima.
I did my 7 years in uniform and got my happy discharge papers. How come you're not volunteering to go fight, I wonder? Are you aware they raised the enlistment age and increased the moral waivers...?

Peace!

I did 6 years of active duty in the service of our fine U.S.N., Gunner's Mate (Missiles) - I've done my time friend.

1-We are all a happy family of Kawi riders, and this is a motorcycle forum...be happy.

2-If you were actually trying to convince people of something I would start by not offending everyone who doesn't agree with you. I personally have always voted for who I thought was best, not by party lines.

3-What did you do in the Army? Have you been to Iraq? Just wondering who all of these innocent civilians are we are killing becauseI didn't see any of that in my time there.

4-I agree that most of the AM radiopersonalities are followers (not leaders), but you sound shockingly similar to the worst "shock-jocks"with your hatefulness.

Rick

edit:spelling...sorry maybe I'm one of the dumbasses you are being so condescending to.
