Does anyone have any idea on where to find used (Non) Faring speedos. Like for an SV-650 or somthing like that?

 

Your best bet is to get a bicycle speedometer, like those made by Bolle Cateye.
They are cheap, simple, adjustable, AND you can get them with other neat functions like altitude, rate of climb, heart rate, lap-time, average speed.


(Notice the little silver thing on the handlebar on the left):


Or if money is no object, you can get one of those slick, $500+ Garmin Zumo 550's:
