Hi! I just bought a 2004 Ninja 500. I haven't had any luck finding a Clymers or Hanes service manual for it. They all seem to stop at the year 2002. Does anyone know if either of those companies make a manual for the 2004? Thanks.

 

buy the supplement manual, maybe its called the service manual, I did and it has everything you need

 

If you plan on learning and playing with this ride, get the factory manual.

 

Here's the Clymer manual. Don't worry that it only goes to 2002, there haven't been any changes to the model since 94' (which is why it hasn't been updated)

Exact same manual I have - its awesome - pretty easy to follow.

 

Thanks for your help everyone. I went with the clymers manual. It is a little generic but I was able to check the air filter and sync the carbs using it.
