anyone know where I can get an electronic copy of this?

 

I can get an 09 manual but cant find an 06 klx 250 for sale anywhere. how much of a difference is there between 06 and 09 for things like torque specs and timing? installing a 351 and cant find any guides or anything. =(

I am pretty mechanically inclined but never did this before on a 4 stroke.

 

I have a 09 klx 250sf cylinder head on my 06 klx 250s bike. I would imagine everything is relatively similar if I was able to use the 09 head on my 06. Only things that are different possibly is the fuel injection/electrical components of everything.

 

I looked at my title and it just says klx250

what does the S stand for on klx250s?

and what's the difference between klx250s and klx250 D-tracker?

 

what torque is specified for head bolts on an 05 klx 300 ?

I have one printed out and in a 3 ring binder, but for the life of me I can't find the copy on my computer anywhere. I'll keep looking but that was 5 years ago.
