Default total cost.......

i'm getting an 06 ninja 250, paying cash. guy tells me the cost should be around 3700-3800, i was wondering if that would be after helmet, etc. cause 500-600 bucks seems a lot for plate/inspection/and whatever else is needed. basically i don't wanna pay more than 3900-4k with everything (taxes, plates, helmet, etc) also i don't plan on getting boots asap, just a helmet and jacket for now. good for now?

no offense or anything, but it sounds like you are new to the bike world..... If the chance happens and you wreck, drop, whatever... jeans and tennies are not gonna cut it.... Gear is gonna be a one time investment for ya,and it will last you a long time..

i understand the saving money part....maybe you can find a good deal on ebay or somewhere for some pants... At least were a boot, even if it's a walmart thing, it's better than tennies, especially while you're learning on her, ya know.... JMO tho'
