yeah, i only get about 90-95, i'm 6'1 and 150-155. then again my bike has no fairings

 

Not sure what's wrong with you guys, but I got my 07 up to 120 mph..

115 On flatland, 120 down a bridge.. and maintained the speed.

 

Do you have stock tires?

 

110mph here Yesterday for the first time...

 

I went 90mph on Sunday and the bike had a lot left in her. I didn't even have it WOT. But then again I only weigh 135lbs. Only mod is Muzzy exhaust.

 

When I had my 250 ninja I had it to 115 once but most of the time it would hover around 107-8. Now the new 636 is a different story.

I am 6'1" and about 190 lbs. and I just got my ninja 250 2007 up to 115mph at 12.5k rpm. I had it full throttle but it was slowly climbing. I might have been able to squeeze 120 out of it and this was on a straight away.

 

None of these reported speeds reallymean anything ....the stock speedo's are off as much as 10%..

You need an onboardGPS unit to give you a reliable top speed.....which will be around 100-103 ,IMHO,depending on about ten different factors...air density,wind,tire pressure,pavement,temperature,rider weight,body profile,chain tension,etc,etc

 

Thanks eastender43, but I think a good stock to stock even if 10% is worth a report or at least a baseline.

The key word being "ACTUAL"....not indicated,fabricated,matriculated,interpolated,cal culated,or extrapolated....but ACTUAL....for which you need an onboard GPS,or perhaps VASCAR,RADAR,LASER,courtesy your favorite LEO>>>
