I own a ninja 250 2008… now the tail light does not work. Only turn on when I use the front brake, but otherwise it does not work (not when the bike in running nor when I use the rear brake).

I don’t know the correct approach and how to solve this issue.

Try replacing the bulb for the tail light issue. It's a dual filament stop/tail bulb.

For the brake light not lighting off the rear brake, you probably need to adjust the switch on the pedal. The owner's manual will tell you how to do this.
