Pics of the 250 naked
So the first owner dropped it and the second half-*** repaired it and now I'm looking to make it back together again. Took off all the fairings because ALL of them were cracked or didn't fit right. The front headlight bracket is bent and the bottom mount for it is broken so I am making a new headlight housing for the front (no speedo... for now I guess). Plan to vacuum form new side fairings that go with the frame more because I think it looks better. More like a Buell. Anyways, got her ready for storage, put some fuel stabilizer in and 10W-40 oil and new filter. I'll miss her while I'm gone from school

Vacuum forming? cool any Q's let me know on that.
Storage? I am not ready for that one just yet. But sounds about right in your brief post for most people.

well i just got in a new headlight because i figured i just wouldn't have the time to vacuum form and mount up a new setup with the classes i'll be taking. so i purchase a new headlight from UFO plastics, only around 50 bucks, 60 plus shipping. when i get the money i'll be painting the tank, side fairings, front fender and the gloss black part of the headlight matte black, along with the wheels which i want to get a nice white pin strip around and then some white "KAWASAKI" decals for the tank, if not i can stencel them on myself. then move on to some more mechanical things. the bike is real ****ty but runs good, gotta break in the top end some more, not as smooth as i'd like. here's a pic of the headlight i boughtin the link below this text. next purchase is a 6-inch LED bar that i will make attached to a custom lisence plate bracket which will screw into the rear screws on the frame (no more rear tail light fairing!)... if you haven't figured it out, i'm going for a streetfighter look (no choice, cheaper than buying new fairings... ALL OF THE FAIRIGNS WERE CRACKED, just makes me wonder wat abuse the bike went through
