So i was cruising around on my bike last night. I go into a righthand corner at around 35mph, done this corner this fast lots of times. Well this time it was different, im 99% sure i hit a paint line on the road, and when you dragging a peg thats perty much death. So the rear end slide out, i then steered into it and started adjusting my wieght to recover. At that point i think i rolled out of the throtle a bit. Well my rear tire caught and almost threw me over the handlebars. I was able to stay on but at that point it was game over. I ended up landing on the right side with the bike on top of my foot. Before i was even down sliding i was getting up (busy street) and thankfully there was a guy who rides in the parking lot i slid by. So he helps me get the bike up and helps out. Got everything home and then whent to the ER. Damage Toll, one fractured right foot, left handlebar, front brake master cyclinder lid, right peg mounting bracket. And of course a sweet dent in the tank...

 

why were you dragging peg on a city street?

Well honestly becouse its fun and i have had no problem with it up untill this point. And as far as where it was at, i was on Division northbound going onto Francis eastbound here in Spokane...

On the plus side, you didn't damage any fairings! But seriously, I'm glad to hear you're alright.

 

And now both sides of my bike match (had a low side on the track back in April)...
On a side note the foot is doing good, im walking around on it with one of those big rediculous air cast boot thingies. Im just hoping the bike salvage yards around here have a ninjas in em to get the parts i need so i can be back up and running by wed or so.
