Default Full Yoshimura Exhaust

I was at the local bike shop, found that the salesman told me the carbon Yoshimura Slip-on's not just a exact slip on, he offered to sell me the full kit from headers back for only $100 which i believe is a good deal, but what worries me will it fit as or close to OEM spec, by this i mean will it possibly rub on anything, touch anything ? or will it be perfectley fit as the same spec's of OEM ?

A full Yoshi exhaust for $100? I hope that's a typo. Just the slip on muffler goes for $550.
