I Finally went and got my blue 07 250, havn't really done anything yet just kinda started her up and poked around the parking lot, any tell me what the bike is supposed to idle at.. its seems kinda high, and i will post pics if someone can tell me how to get them smaller all my pics are over a meg.

congrats on getting an 07! The easiest way to post pics is using photobucket.com to host your pics. It will automatically resize your pics too so you can post them here.

Very nice bike! I have a '06 and it idles around 1,300 when cold, but when hot it's about 1,800 RPMs. I'm not sure if that is too high as well?

on a warm day, my idle is a solid 1500 hot day, sometimes it will hover around 1800 then drop down to 1500 after a minute or so. but every once in a while (hot, warm, or cold day) the idle will go down to about 1100-1200. the bike rides fine though. hmmm i guess my bike has its mood swings every now and then
