The plugs were new when you were having issues. Read them again. Maybe not so new now.

well i had my old plugs in when i first tried and couldn't gether startedso i replaced them, you think they could have gone bad by now? gaped correctly

Just read them basically. Have not had any issues on street ride plugsgoing bad right away.

ok, my understanding is this. You have new plugs in the ride, you are still having starting/running issues. If you read the plugs, you can see what is or is not happening. ie lack of fuel, dark. Not a plug chop but it can help ya out reading the new plugs. It is not a perfect method, but it can help.

quick question, would having pods on affect my start up? my butterfy valves would be closed so i would imagine not

I wouldn't think the pods would affect start-up, Mott. If they did, they would also affect normal running, too.

are the flots stuck?? how old is the fule?? is there any water in the carbs? are the battery termanals cleen? is there fule poring out of the carbs?
