RE: 250 or 500?
Let me continue where this thread left off.
I'm looking for a commuter bike to save on gas. I drive 10 to 20 miles a day, street or highway driving. I'm 6'3", 180#. I have a 32" inseam. I got a KLR250 and set it up for street: 80/20 tires, higher rise handlebars, motard fender. I'm not thrilled with it and am looking at getting either a Ninja 250 or 500. I like the lighter weight and better gas mileage of the 250 but will it be comfortable over time? Is the 500 bigger enough to be comfortable? Can either be modified to BE comfortable?
Riders with similar builds, what have you found? What mods have you done?
Thanks

Huh? How does that answer my question? Go BIGGER (and heavier)[:-] and get WORSE gas mileage?
