I keep hearing about recalls for the new 08 Ninja 250? I just bought mine the last week of April.Do I need to ask my dealer about it is mine probably ok?What was the problem/s or what were the dates for the recalls?

You should get the recall notices in the mail after your registration info from the dealer has gone through. The first one was the taillight bulb repalcement, the second was the airbox/front brake line bracket. These are minor, did them myself after dealer checked airbox. If your motorcycle is running fine, airbox is ok. If in doubt, take it to the dealer. If handyman, do it yourself......
