went to buy my bike today and they said they didn't have any but i put money down to reserve the next one that came in.. the dealership said they were expecting a shipment of the Early release 07 250's but i can't find anywhere that kawasaki is early releasing them.... any ideas ????

These guys say they have the 2007 250 in stock. You have to scroll about half way down, and there she is..

 

I looked at that link and sure enough, there is a 2007 Ninja 250 listed. There are no pics on it though. It makes me wonder whether or not it is entirely accurate. I would think Kawasaki's site would show it, but it doesn't.

Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, have all released some 2007 models already, but I bet the rest won't come out until October to maybe Feb. or March.

It was a real pain in the a$$ for me to find my 2006 Ninja, and that was several months ago.

 

Ya, I looked on Kawis site too and did not see anything listed yet. That link was the only info I could find on it.

 

well i'm gonna call on tues. when they open back up and make sure thats what they are getting.

 

They changed the colors a bit and the flame colors i think. I only have seen a picture of the blue one, here:

I dont like the lighter blue color at all, or the whiteish flames. I'm glad with my 2k6 purchase. I hope the other color combos arent as annoying as this blue/white one.

 

I see that the 250 Ninja is getting silver wheels for '07. That is the only difference I see.

 

i agree jazz man i don't really like the blue color and i think thats the color the dealership ordered in.. hopefully some 06's come on the delievery truck as well.

 

I kind of doubt there will be more 2006's lol. just hope the black/red/silver color paint schemes are better. I'm not a fan of the brushed silvery wheels either.. but i guess it is just personal opinion.

 

I don't' think any 2006 Ninja 250R's have been shipped since probably June or July. When I bought my 2006 two months ago, most of the dealers in the area were pretty much out of them. They said they weren't getting any more 06 models either.
