Hey all,

Sorry bout the dumb question but I'v been noticing my friends come back from a track-day and remove a bunch of blue tape they placed over their front lights and turn signals. Whats this for? I'm assuming so that light reflections dont bounce off and blind you or other riders around you? Could someone explain?

 

All glass must be taped. Safety first on the track. Horns are also disconnected in most orgs.

 

In case of a crash to avoid road debris? you dident really explain.

 

yes because of safety for you and the other riders during and after a crash. I mentioned safety above, thought that it was a well known issue. Sorry for assuming.

i had some desinigrated race glass from my 92 that was held togather with none other than DUCT TAPE i heart duct tape and zip ties. good times
