WHATS UP????
Hey everyone...Im new to the forums and threads. But Ive been riding for years. started on a honda trail 70.went to a husky 175,then got it the smoother tires for the street.spent half my time on them anyway!had a kaw.kz1000...got a kitted 1000,12to1s.andrews cams.lifters,carbs and all.couldnt keep the shifting forks strait in it. went to a cbf1100. A friend let a friend ride it....while I was away and my dad called told me the cops called and were looking for me for a hit and run.this guy must of had it red lined and run into the side of a car when he let off the throttle(the bike had strut on it) sold it for parts. I was on craigs list and seen a 97zx11 and always wanted one.....so here I am!!! Ive adapted to the diffrence in steering and all,being Ive always had drag bars.Other than that all the skills are still there. I dont know alot about the bike mechanics wise other than the oiling issues.the bikes got 13k on it.it sat in the guys garage for awhile so the carbs arent in tip top shape but all in all I like this bike.I work at a bodyshop...4 kids,and lifes great for me THANK GOD. Ill be posting as I make changes and tunes.
