Hello all,

I am the proud owner of a brand new 2018 KLX250. Picked it up yesterday from the dealer with 1 mile on the odometer.

This is my second Kawasaki. I was blessed to ride a 2007 KLR650 that ended up with pretty much every single mod and farkle worth doing. Cogent Dynamics suspension, Eagle Mike 685, and way too many more to list. I gifted the goat (my affectionate nickname for the KLR) to my best ridding bud when he fell on hard times. He got literally raped in a divorce and when his 2009 KLR died he was without transportation. I am glad to have been able to help him out, but it left me with just my Yamaha Super Tenere.

Well now the S10 has a KLX to keep it company in the Haldor garage. And finally I have a bike that won't make me hate life when I have to pick it up.

I hope to make new friends, learn and generally have a good time here. During the 3 years I owned my KLR I held local tech days at my home in Phoenix. I expect that to resume once I get my feet under me on the KLX.
