Default Newbie

Just picked up my first bike last month. Decided on a 06 ZX-6R, my first bike. Haven't had a chance to get any pics, too busy trying to break in my engine. I love this site, I have learned so much so far. Like every new owner I had a grip of upgrades planned. After reading this site, I have decided to take my time with the upgrades, that way I will really be able to notice the difference. Thanks for the knowledge.

I chose the 06 Titanium with the flames. It get pretty hot here in AZ, thought a lighter color bike would help. That and I thought the flames and rims kicked a**. I'll download the pics this week, thanks for the advice.

Welcome to the forums Sheperd. I hope you took the MSF course, this being your first bike and all. That 636 you got there sure looks nice but I think I'll stick to my 250 for a coupla years, trying to get used to this riding and so on. Gear up and ride safe.

Took it in San Diego, best move I ever made. Can't imagine how someone would even think about getting a bike without taking it. No matter how much you think you know, there is always something else you can learn.
