As for what bike i'd want when I felt comfortable to get a 600cc sportbike, it would be a yamaha R6 or a kawasaki ZX-6R in lime of course

man too many stangsters around here, welcome to KF.

Definately do the course and no sense in not buying gear early, your on the right track to get started, and altho many people are against starting on a sportbike, If you are responsible and dont unlock all the poweruntil your ready then you will be fine.

i just sold my mustang (92 LX 5.0 5 spd blah blah) because i lost interest in the mustang world and there are TOO MANY of them .

that's when i bought my bike the 88 kawi 750R (black haha) and man i haven't missed the stang for a day!!!!! i'm a new rider also so check out some of my posts for advice or to see the guys make fun of me when i eventually fall

Sounds like youre in the same boat as me. Though I don't agree that theres too many, im a stang guy so the more the merrier

idk it seems like every other car around here is a mustang so it gets kinda old for me i guess. i'm in midweststangs too.

i wouldn't give up the stang if u didn't have to but do what u must.
