Talking New to forum and bikes :)

Hey everyone

I'm new to your community and bikes all together, I'm going for my M1 this week....
I will be purchasing a bike very soon. I was thinking the Ninja 250R (must be GREEN) for a starter bike I am hearing all good things about them, I'm not sure on witch year to go with...
I don't think I should go new in case, well...... I don't really want to say LOL.

Any ways wanted to say hi and hope to learn lots.

Hey thanks guys

Well Tuesday I wrote the M1 test and passed been riding my buddies Yamaha, and I really enjoy riding...Its different and fun, feels weird not having the surrounding of a car.

My buddy is trying to get me to buy a Yamaha now LOL but it's not gonna happen
When I do purchase one ill be sure to post pictures, thanks for the welcome guys.

Er...a Yamaha is a good "stepping stone" bike. Glad to hear you passed the test!
It's a lot MORE weird when ANOTHER CAR OR OBJECT gets into that personal space.
Be careful, gear up; stay safe.

If it's the striping around the rims; purely cosmetic.
If it's a square of duct tape with a lump under it, some guys do that to secure the lead wheel weights onto the rims, (which are used to balance the tire.) So, yeah; it does make your bike "handle" better.
Good observation!
