Just picked up at 2007 Mule 3010 trans 4x4. Never having owned one I can't tell if it is running as designed or there is a problem. The issues is when in low gear it runs at about 9mph on level ground. Ok with that. It has power and will climb a very steep grade no problem.

However in high gear it only runs at 10mph on level ground and when i get on any grade at all like my driveway it slows to a crawl and then i have to put it in low to continue.

is this normal?

Any thing i should be looking for?
