I have a 550 KAF300-C5, unsure of the year but looking online might be 97-99. My husband always took care of this stuff so I have never changed the oil on any vehicle before. I've watched youtube vids on models close but not exactly like mine. It is hard to make out the photo in the manual that points to the drain plug but it appears to be pointing to a bolt that is parallel to the ground rather than vertical as shown in the videos. Can this be right? I am not seeing a vertical bolt.
Besides the trouble of hauling it in, the price to have it done seems ridiculous for what looks like a fairly simple tax. But a mechanic I'm not. Any help is appreciated! thank you.
