Hey there, I have a 95 kawi 750 ss pwc that I just put a Solice 3 blade imp because I ding the heck out my stock imp by sucking up some river rocks. I removed two rocks from blade fins, had multiple dings on the edges of blades. When I took it back out it cavitated pretty bad, and there was a vibration. I replaced the impeller and it comes out of the hole like a jack rabbit, but I still havd a vibration. Is that the pump bearing? When I pulled pump off shaft, shaft pulled away from motor, I put it back later but now I'm wondering, is there a center balance point that the shaft has to be in upon reassembly? When I had pump out I checked it for any play with new impeller installed, none. When I spun new impeller it felt tight and precise, no rubbing of blade on ware-ring. What have I over looked?
