Default Idle mixture screws

Hello everyone I am new to the forum and I have just bought my first GPZ. Its a 1981 GPZ 1100 and it needs a little work. All 4 of the fuel mixture screws are bent. Does anyone know where I can find some replacements and I also would like a good maintenance manual. All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ed

Welcome Ed I thought the 81 GPZ 1100 was fuel injected? I would watch ebay for a manual and parts. You can also try BikeBandit for some parts too. If this bike has carbs, then you will need to find out what the carb is from and work from there. I'm pretty sure this was an early fuel injected bike, so someone may have swapped out the injectors for carbs.

Hello Everyone Thanks for the info on the carbs. The bike was fuel injected but when I purchased the bike it had carbs installed. All 4 mixtures screw were bent so I ordered 4 mixture screws that fit a 1982 Kawasaki Spectre 1100 and they work perfectly. I am sure I will have other questions as time goes on and I do appreciate all the help and advice. Thanks Eddie
