I <3 My ZX7R

RE: I <3 My ZX7R
I definetly go through my gears faster now...I have not put it on dyno since the changes and I rarely get on the freeway so I do not have an exact number but I think I probably lost a lot. When I originally dynoed my bike the dyno said I topped out 174 mph before my changes now it would probably top out at 150 (that's a total guestimation). I am planning on putting it on dyno in the next couple of weeks so I can give a better estimate later. I went one down in the front and 2 up in the back originally I did not notice a huge change.
Before I swithched I used to be in 4th gear on the freeway when doing about 75 mph at 6500 rpm now I am 6 th gear. Next time I take it out I will let you know.
Drag racing with current setup I cross the finish line in 5 th gear I am doing 114-115 mph I have to admit I am not sure what rpm I am at (too busy watching for my win light at that point).
I am still learning a lot so I wil post updates as I have them.

holy crap!... i'm gonna buy some pazzo levers if i can get an extra 20 mph out of the bike even with a lower gear ratio. just because you're a girl doesn't mean i'm still not gonna need to see that dyno chart to believe
welcome!

heffay: The levers are hot but they won't get you 20 mph lol. When I get home tonight I will dig up my dyno sheet so you can see it. Gosh!
EMS_0525 thanks for the complimnets on my site I have been learning a lot about building websites too. By the way I sell men's gear and parts too but my store represents everything women have a hard time finding. I can get all the men's gear and I do ship nationally and internationally.
Update: By the way finished with the rejetting of my bike seems to be running strong so far...the real test will be on Wed nite at the fun drags.
I learned a lot from www.factorypro.com this site has great articles on how to jet a motorcycle. Great for a novice like me
They have two articles that are both really useful one is just how to jet the bike the other explains how to get the most out of low. mid and high range RPMs by selecting the correct jets. Just a heads up.
Thanks to hoedogg for the welcome and No Good I love ur bike looks just like mine
BigRig and Evil636 thanks for the welcome...I better start opening my store now. Peace.
