Just a quick hello and introduction. My name is Tim and I am a Staff Sergeant in the Army. My first bike was a 1995 Harley sportster. It was a great looking bike just too slow. My first sport bike was a Yamaha SecaII 600cc. I got into sport bikes while stationed in Italy and learning to love MotoGP. I rode with a guy on his TL100R and the things he could do on a multiple switchback got me hooked. (Read sparks from metal knee pucks!!!!) So I havent ridden in two years (busy building a family) and I got a great deal on a 06 ZX6R and wouldn't trade it for anything. Even though I have only ridden it 486 miles since I got it 3 weeks ago. I can't wait to see what it will do after I can go 6000 rpm and then after 1000miles of break-in look out. Hope to learn a lot and maybe even pass on some knowledge.

you know how you gotta wait till 1000miles to break the 6k rpm limit....when u hit 1000 posts you find out about pwi
