Default Hi guys

Hi all, im new here and new to motorcycle too. One of my first bikę is the 2015 z800, and i decide to keep it forever , so i need to take a good care of it. The problem is, when looking for a properly way to change the front fork oil.
I look up on the internet and find the service manual online. But on page 481
it said 405ml, and another page 496 it said 450 :frown:,

My local dealer is not good at all, he said maybe it need 509 ml ,
Thanks for any advice , im confused and dont want to brake my bike.

Phan,
In my experience, it's not necessarily the volume that goes in the fork, but instead the level of the oil in the fork. See if you can find a fork oil level specification.

Thank you guys, i decided to let the local dealer to do the hard job for me.
But as i said before, he's very young and not very good ( i think), and after change fork oil ,( i use liqui 10W because that's the only thing my local have)
And now the front fork is quite stiff even he adjusted it for me, i can feel it when go through pothole. Before changed its smooth as silk.
Why is that? did he forget to add oil to one of my fork or something like that?
