Thought i'd pop in and say Hi, I'm new to the forum,

I'm thinking about finally moving up to a bigger bike, still on a 125 at the moment.

Just wandering what any of you guys reccommend for my first big bike, 600cc.

I was looking at a zx6r but not sure if its the right choice for my first 600cc

What 125 are you still riding? If you have been riding the streets with the 125, a 600 is doable. Just another know your limits kind of thing. Also make sure that your gear is up to par.

 

Welcome ljb. Drag is right^; 600 is within reason. Also depends on your budget, availability (only shopping local, or out of state), what type of riding you do, etc. Lots to consider. Tell us more about your intended use and how long you've been riding.

("Local" for me may mean 25-50 miles away. I live in a very small rural town.)
