Hello from the UK
Just wanted to say hello to everyone!
Here's my baby:
(a couple of shots from the dealer)
(and recent shots in the garden)
Shes my first bike, picked up on 31st of July, but sadly dropped the same day [:@] Tried a U turn, but had trouble keeping a focal point (stupid Frank Thomas leathers*) and ended up looking at the floor, managed to scratch the right-hand crash bobbin and snap the bit holding the rear brake to the right hanger
All fixed up now though, apart from the bobbin, and I have made some alterations:
Kawasaki rear seat cover
Kawasaki double bubble
Removed pillon foot pegs and hangers (not taking anyone for at least a year)
R&G Tail tidy
New tank pad
Shes 06 reg, had ~3200 on the clock when I purchased, and I have since put 600+ miles on. So far I'm loving every minute and am so glad I did DAS (unrestricted cc) and went for this bike, it is awesome and rides fantastic.
So yeah, that's my bike, and a hello from me.
Scort/Simon.
* For anyone interested in this comment see My leathers - those silver bits near the knee are also on the shoulders, and I find they catch on my helmet (they're raised up), restricting head movement [>:]
