Got myself a kawasaki kr1s, it's my first bike!

Have to get it restricted as I'm a 33bhp'er for a couple of years.

If anyone could help me with some measurements then I can get some made up and get it insured and on the road!

I was told I needed a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the carbs...

I have not played with the restriction rules either. I would have thought that the inner diameter of the carbs would be the required measurement? Congrats on the new ride.
