What up? Glad you found us. So as you probably already know that KLX is an awesome bike, and that with a few mods you can really wake up the beast that lurks just under the green shell. 13-45 gears, jetting, and a good pipe will do it. And if you want to really do it right, how about a great pipe like the Muzzy? There that should ignite a pipe war,....hehehehe

Thanks all for the warm welcome, I've been reading a little on the site and it looks like a dynojet jet kit S2 and Q4 pipe may be in my future, any good step by step instructions posted here on the KF ?

Thanks again for the welcome,
I have installed the dyno jet kit S2 used the 28, pulled the snorkel off and put a FMF Q4 slip-on, WOW, I can feel a big difference however once in a while in 3rd / 4th ++ at around 8k it will miss and then pull again, anyone experience this and if so what corrected it ??

Not really sure on this answer. I have played with my other CV carbs (inline 4's)and decided on staying with the stock tapered needles and shim them .5mm instead of the different tapered ones in the kits. Do your plug chop and seat of the pants testing. It may take a few tries and documentation on elevation and temperatures, but it will just make you happier in the end.
