Hello fellow riders! Let me introduce myself, I'm Andrew Byrd. In September 2013, I will be taking a 10 day, 10,000 mile journey around the United States on my Kawasaski Concours 14 to raise awareness and support for Kids ‘n Kamp. Kids ‘n Kamp is an independent, nonprofit organization that serves as a lifeline of support for children and their families touched by childhood cancer. I know first hand the kind of impact this organization provides, as they loved and supported my family during my son’s battle with Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma. Thankfully my son is now cancer free. Now, it’s my turn to give back to the organization that has given so much to so many. Andy, welcome to the forums. Usually when we get hit-up for donations on the first post, we tend to hit the "delete" key. However, since you're riding a Kawi, that helps your cause; since this is a Kawasaki forum. Secondly, "giving back" to a non-profit for kids.....good cause....we like that, too. Congrats on your son's recovery; really...that's HUGE...we all love our kids. 10k in 10 days is a pretty healthy goal. Seriously, is your butt up for that? Is the rest of your body up for that?

hmm, a 10 day ride. Which direction are ya headed??? I like a road trip, and this one would be for a cause as well and I would not be riding solo either.
